Not ideal for couples looking for a good stay
The front desk staff was friendly, which is a small relief after what happened. Also, I won some money at the casino, so at least that's something.
The price was high but honestly you can find better options.

Can recommend for a quick layover
Comfortable room, convenient location, providing easy access to transportation options such as free parking, and having nice amenities like a flat-screen TV and a 24-hour reception for your late check-ins.
Cannot find any fault.

great access to downtown and parks for weekend strolls
I loved that the hotel was just a short walk away from the beautiful Truckee River Walk and the iconic Reno Arch, making it super easy to explore the city without worrying about transportation. the room was clean and comfortable enough, making my stay enjoyable overall.

Loved hitting the slot machines in the lobby and grabbing drinks at the Lobby Bar. The staff was super helpful and we appreciated the comfy room we had. Just a heads up, the area isn’t ideal for strolling around at night, but overall we had a great time and would definitely recommend it.
Had some trouble with the elevator during our stay. it was out of service for a couple of days, which was a bit inconvenient with our group, especially on the higher floors.

Decent spot for a family stay!
We had a nice 4-night stay. The room was clean and the beds were super comfy. No smoking in the rooms was a huge plus! The casino right next to the lobby was fun for the adults. Just wish the cleaning wasn't on request. But for the price, you can't complain too much!

Found some hidden gems nearby, The Depot Craft Brewery Distillery served up some killer brews, and Zagol Ethiopian Restaurant took my taste buds on a wild ride! Plus, the front desk lady was super nice when we checked in.
A little hiccup when they kicked us out because I was ID-less after a wallet theft. Even though my husband had his ID, the last at the desk was a bit power-crazy. So heads up, keep your ID safe!

Friendly staff helped us with our needs.
During my stay, I felt truly unsafe. The area outside was filled with suspicious individuals, making me anxious about leaving the hotel. Also, the room showed signs of severe neglect, with stains on the furniture and an overall lack of cleanliness.

It was just a strong match for a brief pit stop in Reno with best value for money ratio. I got a queen room near the elevator, which could have been quieter, but I didn't mind for a quick stay. Just be aware of the surroundings. safety can be a concern at night.
